Addiction Treatment Programs
Outpatient care that works around your life
Every program at One Touch Recovery Center is outpatient, which means clients go home at the end of the day and practice recovery in the environment where they actually live.
IOP · PHP · Outpatient · Counseling · Telehealth · Sober Living
IOP — Intensive Outpatient Program
Intensive outpatient programs for individuals who have responsibilities but need help with addiction treatment. Several group sessions each week plus weekly individual counseling, scheduled around work, school, and family.
PHP — Partial Hospitalization Program
We provide partial hospitalization programs for individuals who need to continue treatment at a structured daily level, usually after completing detox or inpatient care elsewhere.
Counseling
Clients meet with a counselor weekly for goal setting, relapse prevention, family sessions, and individual needs. Counseling runs alongside every level of care rather than replacing it.
Sober Living
Sober living offers substance-free housing for recovery. Individual freedom and clinical supervision combine for just the right amount of structure.
Telehealth Virtual Program
We offer IOP through telehealth for individuals who need or want to continue with addiction treatment but are unable to attend in person — because of work, lack of transportation, home life, or anything else that gets in the way of showing up at the facility.
Virtual programming covers the same clinical ground as in-person groups: the same curriculum, the same facilitators, the same expectations around attendance and participation. What changes is the commute.
Telehealth is also an option for clients who are medically vulnerable, or who move between in-person and virtual attendance depending on the week.
Group and Individual Therapy
Group work is where a lot of the change happens in outpatient treatment. Hearing something from someone six months further along than you lands differently than hearing it from staff. Our group schedule covers the following.
| Group | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Family and Co-dependent Groups | The patterns that develop around addiction in a household, and how family members can support recovery without losing themselves in it |
| Stress Management | Practical handling of pressure at work, at home, and financially, without reaching for a substance to take the edge off |
| Anger Management | Recognizing escalation early and finding a response that does not damage relationships or sobriety |
| Psychoeducation on Addiction | How tolerance, withdrawal, cravings, and co-occurring conditions actually work, so decisions are informed rather than guessed at |
| Cognitive Behavioral Groups | Identifying the thoughts that precede use and building different responses to them |
| Relapse Prevention | Warning signs, high-risk situations, and a written plan for what to do when cravings hit |
| Spirituality Classes | Optional sessions for clients who want a faith component as part of their recovery |
| Cultural Issues | How culture, family expectation, and community shape both substance use and the path out of it |
Individual Therapy and Weekly Counseling
Alongside groups, every client meets one to one with a counselor each week. These sessions handle goal setting, relapse prevention planning, family concerns, and anything specific enough to need an individual plan rather than a general one. Counseling formats include individual, group, family, and couples sessions.
Sober Living
Available to clients in IOP and PHP
Patients in intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization programs can request to be placed in a sober living home for additional support during treatment.
A stable, substance-free environment
Instead of returning to a prior residence during treatment, staying in sober living ensures a stable, substance-free environment. For clients whose home is where the using happened, this is often the single most important variable in the first ninety days.
Living alongside others in recovery
Residents live with others in recovery, attending meetings and contributing to household chores together. The structure is real but not restrictive — curfews, testing, and shared responsibility, with the freedom to work and manage your own time.
How Our Programs Fit Together
Most clients move down through levels of care rather than stopping abruptly. Where someone starts depends on their assessment, not on a default.
| Program | Intensity | Typically follows |
|---|---|---|
| PHP / Day Treatment | Highest | Detox or inpatient care completed elsewhere |
| Intensive Outpatient (IOP) | High | PHP, inpatient care, or direct admission after assessment |
| Telehealth IOP | High | The same point as in-person IOP, for clients who cannot attend on site |
| Outpatient | Moderate | Completion of IOP, as a step down with continued support |
| Sober Living | Housing | Runs alongside PHP or IOP by request |
What Every Program Includes
Regardless of level of care, clients receive an individualized treatment plan, weekly one-to-one counseling, group programming, drug and alcohol testing, and a plan for what happens after the program ends.
Clients are also required to attend AA or NA meetings while in treatment with us. Programming ends at some point; the fellowship does not.
Day and Evening Schedules Available
We run both day and evening programming with flexible group schedules, for clients who can only attend early morning, afternoon, or after work. Serving Pomona and the surrounding communities of the eastern San Gabriel Valley and western Inland Empire.
Adults and young adults, men and women, including those managing co-occurring mental health conditions.
